2009 Membership Terms & Conditions
1. MEMBERSHIP
1.1. Students must be enrolled full-time and aged over 18 years to qualify for student membership. Student Membership will not be issued until valid concession identification is lodged.
1.2. Juniors are aged 3 to 15 years (inclusive) as at 31 December 2009 and must provide a copy of their birth certificate, passport or a letter from their school on school letterhead if this is not already held at QRU.
1.3. Family Membership consists of 2 adults and 2 juniors (15 and under as outlined at point 1.2). Additional junior members 15 and under will be required to purchase an individual junior season ticket.
1.4. A junior membership can be upgraded to an adult ticket by paying the upgrade price. Tickets are available from the Ticketek box office on match days or by purchasing in advance at any Ticketek outlet on production of the junior membership card.
1.5. QR Reds season membership cards are non transferable, the membership card always remains the responsibility of the member.
1.6. All QRU membership schemes excluding Perpetual Ground
1.7. The membership fee is for one season (excluding those listed in 1.6). The fee will not be reduced for new applicants wishing to join at any point once the season is underway.
1.8. QRU cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for membership cards that are lost, stolen or destroyed. Lost membership cards should be reported immediately to the
1.9. All members must comply with the Constitution of the QRU and its subsequent Regulations, including code of conduct within any QRU game and facility, and match ticket terms and conditions, and any violation of these may result in membership being withdrawn from the offending individual.
1.10. QRU reserves the right to refuse an application. QRU also reserves the right to cancel a membership without refund to any member that breaches these terms and conditions.
1.11. Members should notify the QR Reds Membership Department immediately of any changes of address of contact details. All members of the household must update their address details, changes of address must be in writing, via an email from an email address already registered with the QRU or over the phone once the customer service representative verifies your details.
1.12. There are two Reds Members' facilities at Suncorp Stadium. Please present your membership card on entry. Members are able to take in two guests each. 1) Located on Level 2 of the Western Stand, entry is from level 3 concourse or the seating areas of the Western Lower Stand; 2) The Reds Members bar and dining facility located on Level 5 of the Southern Stand is the

Each Platinum Member will receive guaranteed access to Test Match tickets prior to the general public via a priority booking period. Reds Members are entitled to purchase 1 ticket per membership/seat they hold to a maximum of 8. Ticket limits apply. If you have more than one membership, please provide a secondary name. Members will also receive a second priority booking period via the ARU Rugby Community offer.
Each Gold and Silver Member will receive a priority booking period prior to the general public via the ARU Rugby Community offer.
Reds Members' seating allocations for the Bledisloe Cup and Test Matches will be different than for Reds matches held at Suncorp Stadium. As the Test Match is controlled by the ARU, the ARU allocates the seating. There is a list of priorities for allocations. The QRU Members are ranked 11th on this list behind; Stadium Members, Wallaby First, Wallaby First Plus Members, ARU Sponsors, Players families, Hospitality Functions, International Travel groups, QRU Perpetual Ground Members, QRU 30 Year Members, QRU Members. The QRU is working constantly to improve this situation for its members.
1.14. From 2009, Members will be acknowledged for their length of membership. 1-4 years, 5-10 years, 10+ years. Please advise your

2 PAYMENTS
2.1 If payment made by cheque is dishonoured, an alternative method of payment must be provided and any associated dishonour fees covered by the member.

3 CODE OF CONDUCT
3.1 No member, guest or visitor shall create undue noise, cause any disturbance or behave in an offensive manner on the premises or elsewhere in the venue.
3.2 Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests at all times.
3.3 A patron must not, at any time, abuse or harass an employee of QRU.
3.4 No member, guest or visitor shall participate in illegal gambling on or near the premises,
3.5 QRU Management reserves the right to refuse admission, or have removed any member, guest or visitor from the premises at their discretion.
4 MISCELLANEOUS
4.1 Queensland Rugby Union respects the privacy of the individuals on whom it collects, uses and discloses personal information. Click here for details on our privacy policy. As a Reds Member, you will receive regular updates by mail and email from Queensland Rugby. Your preferences may be changed at any time.
4.2 Pursuant to the No Smoking laws in
4.3 All members must at all times do everything within their power and control to protect and enhance the reputation and good name of QRU.

4.5 Win 2009 membership - Winner will be drawn and notified by 31 December 2008. Membership value to be determined by QRU, no correspondence will be entered into. Membership will be for the 2009 season. By entering, you are permitting QRU to contact you regarding 2009 membership and other related offers. Only one entry per person will be allowed.
· The right of admission is reserved. In particular, we reserve the right to refuse entry to, or to remove from, the Stadium any persons who are drunk or disorderly or whose conduct is unlawful or offensive or who are not entitled to attend the event or match. Any person who causes a disturbance or who refuses to comply with reasonable requests from Stadium management may be removed from the Stadium.
· Unauthorised persons are prohibited from entering the Stadium arena and any other area not accessible by the public.
· Patrons must not wear or display commercial, political, religious or offensive signage or logos, sell any goods or services or give away political, religious, advertising or promotional materials without the prior written approval of Stadium management.
· Patrons who are, in the opinion of Stadium management, offensively attired or whose attire may cause a hazard or compromise safety may also be refused entry into the Stadium.
· Bags and other items may be subject to inspection and patrons may be searched. Patrons who refuse inspections or searches may be denied entry to the Stadium.
· Items which, in the opinion of Stadium management, have the potential to cause injury or a nuisance or inconvenience to any other person will not be permitted into the Stadium. These include controlled, dangerous or illegal substances, cans, bottles, flares, fireworks, laser pointers, loud hailers and weapons of any description and may include certain musical instruments, flags and flagpoles and any other items considered by Stadium management to have the potential to cause injury or a nuisance or inconvenience to any other person.
· Passes-out may be issued at the discretion of the Stadium management.
· Alcoholic beverages must not be taken into or out of the Stadium. It is an offence for minors to purchase or consume alcohol or for persons to supply alcohol to minors. Alcohol may only be consumed in clearly marked areas of the Stadium.
· Deliveries from external caterers will not be permitted into the Stadium.
· Patrons are generally not permitted to bring food or beverage products purchased at commercial outlets outside the Stadium's licensed area into the Stadium. Decisions about whether such products will be permitted are at the discretion of Stadium management. Patrons will generally be advised to dispose of such items or will have the items confiscated prior to entering the Stadium. This does not apply to food or beverages for patrons with special dietary requirements, provided that such food or beverages are not packaged in prohibited containers. Homemade items such as sandwiches, biscuits, cakes and cordial will be permitted. Small packets of chips (MULTIPACK SIZE ONLY), lollies, chocolate, poppers and flavoured milks will be permitted. Items purchased at other commercial outlets (including snack bars, corner stores, and supermarkets will not be permitted with the exception of those items listed above.)
· Cameras (including digital cameras), audio and video recorders may only be brought into the Stadium at the discretion of Stadium management.
· Patrons are not permitted to transmit, broadcast, sell, license or otherwise publish, disseminate or reproduce any recordings (including, without limitation, photographic, video or sound recordings) of the event or match without the prior written approval of Stadium management. Such recordings may be confiscated or erased. Any recordings or recording devices which are confiscated will become the property of the Stadium owner.
· Patrons acknowledge that the Stadium owner or the event promoter may use a patron's image or likeness as part of any recording of the event or match.
· Umbrellas are permitted in the Stadium but must not be opened or raised in the seating areas or concourses at any time.
· Eskies, prams, pushers, bags and other belongings must be able to fit under the patron's seat.
· Patrons assume all risk of any damage or loss (including property damage, personal injury, economic and consequential loss) however it arises at the Stadium. Patrons bring personal effects onto the premises at their own risk. Stadium management will not be responsible for any damage to or loss or theft of a patron's personal property.
· Under the Tobacco and Other Smoking Products Act 1998 (Qld) smoking is prohibited in all areas of the Stadium. Patrons who smoke in the Stadium:
o commit an offence against the Act, to which fines apply; and
o may be immediately evicted from the Stadium.
· Patrons with tickets purchased at a concessional price must have, available on entry into the Stadium, proof of age or other documents justifying such concession.
· Patrons may not be admitted if their tickets are damaged or defaced or their tickets have not been purchased from an authorised ticket agent.
· The event or match may be cancelled, delayed or stopped due to dangerous situations, adverse weather or for any other cause beyond the Stadium management's control. Patrons may make a claim to the event promoter only for a replacement ticket if an event or match is rescheduled or for a refund of the appropriate amount of the face price of the ticket if the event is cancelled and not rescheduled.
· The event promoter may add, withdraw or substitute competitors, teams or artists and/or vary advertised material, programs, prices, seating arrangements, audience capacity, the venue or program times without liability to the event promoter or to Stadium management.
