The Membership Process
The procedure for processing QR Reds Memberships is as follows:
1. All existing members have the right to renew their same seats as 2008 (except those with category changes). To guarantee the same seat existing members must return their completed renewal form or renew online by 30 September 2008. Renewals received after the deadline will not be guaranteed the same seat as 2008.
2. All existing members also have the right to upgrade their seating to a better location if they choose to do so. These requests will be processed after step 1 is completed (members renewing their same seat). Upgrades will be processed in date receipt order. Every effort will be made to improve your allocation but if the Membership Department are unable to improve your seating you will retain your current seat allocation. The Membership Deparment will begin contacting all existing members requesting an upgrade once renewals are processed in October.
3. Once the upgrade process is completed then the QRU will begin contacting new members who have made a request (in November). Requests will be processed in date receipt order.
