Another great Queensland forward, Tony's decade long career saw him make 112 appearances for Queensland, 36 for the Wallabies and he captained Australia 15 times.

 

An inspiring leader, Tony was known for his competitive rucking and mauling and without peer in the short lineout.

 

He was also selected in the 1972 Queensland water polo team.
