This hard-running centre made a dream debut for Australia scoring a try with his first touch of the ball against Ireland in 1994.

 

Daniel, younger brother of Queensland and Wallaby Anthony, who he ousted from the Queensland side, played in both the 1995 and 1999 World Cups.

 

An unfortunate run of injuries in 2003 forced him to finish his professional career in France.
