Andrew Slack - record 133 caps

Andrew Slack held the record for most Queensland appearances for almost 20 years before Mark Connors finally overtook him in 2006.

A school teacher by profession, Andrew made his first-class debut in 1975 and his Wallaby debut in 1978.

A cool-headed tactician, Andrew went on to play 39 tests and to captain the Wallabies in 19 of them, most famously leading the 1984 Wallabies on their historic tour of the UK, where they became the first Australian side to achieve the Grand Slam of test victories over England, Ireland, Wales and Scotland.
