Ole Avei

Ole made his Super 14 debut in 2006 against the Chiefs in Hamilton.

Although predominantly a hooker, the versatile Ole can also play at openside flanker and No. 8.

He made his Queensland debut against New Zealand A, the country of his birth, in 2004.

After a strong performance for Sunnybank in the 2007 Trinity Premier finals series, Ole played for the MFS East Coast Aces in the Mazda Australian Rugby Championship.

Reds winger Digby Ioane is Ole's uncle.
