Coca-Cola Caught Red Handed Seat Upgrade Promotion
HOW TO ENTER / CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. Information on How to Enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Attend any of the 6 home games for the QR Reds during the 2009 season and follow the ground on-screen prompts. The 6 home games are:
• Sun 1 March – Reds v Cheetahs
• Sat 14 March – Reds v Sharks
• Sat 28 March – Reds v Chiefs
• Sat 18 April – Reds v Lions
• Sat 2 May – Reds v Brumbies
• Sat 16 May – Reds v Hurricanes

3. By purchasing a Coca-Cola product (Coke or Coke Zero) at the game, being photographed with the product and providing your mobile phone number to the promoter, you will be eligible for the corresponding prize(s).
4. Winners will be contacted via a phone call to their mobile telephone number. If the winner does not answer their phone after three attempts, the prize will be allocated to the participant in second place. The winners of all competitions will be notified on match day
5. Entry is open to residents of Australia. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter (BMA Event Group in conjunction with Queensland Rugby), Employees and the Promoter’s associated companies and advertising agencies are ineligible to enter or win.
6. Competition commences 1/03/2009 and will run at the 6 QR Reds home games for the 2009 Investec Super 14 season. The competition will open from gates open at each QR Reds home game. The Prize consists of:
• Seating Upgrade to the Coca-Cola Couch for up to 4 people
• Provision of Coke Zero branded t-shirts and caps that must be worn for the duration of the match and while sitting on the Coca-Cola Couch
• Food and beverage service for the duration of the match. The promoter reserves the right to refuse the service of alcohol to underage and intoxicated patrons. The value of the food and beverage is up to $300.
• If any prize winners are under 18 years the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
7. Prizes, and any unused portion, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.
8. Printing and other quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.
9. Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these conditions of entry, all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured.
10. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
11. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either provided by the competition entrant or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
12. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and, subject to any written directions given by the various Lottery Departments, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
13. Promotional materials are void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought by winners. All entries become and remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information about you to enable you to participate in this promotion. To do this, the Promoter may disclose your personal information to other companies associated with this promotion and to State and Territory lottery departments. If you do not provide your personal information, the Promoter will not be able to enter you into this promotion.
14. Promoter reserves the right to conduct a security verification check at its absolute discretion. Prize winner may be required to sign a declaration confirming their eligibility to accept the prize.
