Player Bio

Angus Blyth gets an opportunity in the St.George Queensland Reds senior squad after an impressive 2017 season.

The 19-year-old lock formed a formidable partnership with fellow tall timber Harry Hockings for Queensland and Australia at U20s level, before teaming up again for Bond University Queensland Country as they won the 2017 National Rugby Championship.

Blyth is also a recipient of the John Eales Rugby Excellence Scholarship at Bond University, which recognises exceptional Rugby players with strong academic, leadership and community skills.

A member of Queensland's undefeated U20s which claimed the national title. Featured throughout Queensland Country's title-winning National Rugby Championship campaign.
